The Blue Dragon Series Awards 2024 had everyone talking. One good thing about award season is that we get to give due accolades to the best in TV dramas and watch our fave biases have loads of fun. 

Moving stole the spotlight by winning the Daesang and that makes so much sense because, even though it was released last year, it’s still one of the most popular pieces yet.

Lee Jung-Ha and Go Youn-Jung were the big winners in the Best New Actor and Best New Actress categories for their roles in Moving, following in the footsteps of last year’s winners Shin Ye-Eun and Park Ji-Hoon, who returned as presenters.

Daily Dose of Sunshine clinched the Best Drama award, and Park Bo-Young took home Best Actress for her amazing performance in that soulful melodrama. And, Yim Si-Wan also made waves with his Best Actor award for his role in Boyhood. Their awards were presented by Ha Jung Woo and Suzy Bae. 

In the supporting categories, Ahn Jae-Hong was named Best Supporting Actor for Mask Girl, while Geum Hae-Na won Best Supporting Actress for A Shop For Killers, both for their standout roles.

GIDLE’s Miyeon and DEX (Kim Jin-Young) grabbed the TirTir Popular Star Award, and this is extra amazing because they’ve simply grown so much in the past year. 

The night was hosted by the beautiful, luminescent Yoona and Jeon Hyun Moo who absolutely made the entire show come alive. A huge congratulations to all the winners and nominees for making the Blue Dragon Series Awards 2024 a night to remember!
