Over time, she sees his professionalism and care, and this leads to the bloom of romantic feelings.
3. A Love So Beautiful
This beautifully wholesome Chinese rom-com begins with high school buddies Chen Xiao Xi and Jiang Chen, who are also next-door neighbours.
Xiao Xi, a bubbly girl who isn’t big on studying, openly admires Jiang Chen, the handsome and smart guy, and she isn’t scared to tell him over and over again.
Along with their friends – the funny Lu Yang, the athletic and loyal Jing Xiao, and the cool swimmer Wu Bo Song – they navigate their way from high school through university and into adulthood.
4. Nice To Meet You
Xia An Sheng, a second-year high school student, transfers to Chenguang College for unknown reasons.
And she ends up sharing a table with the school bully, Mo Ze Chen, and lives with her aunt and aunt’s stepson who dislike her.
Xia An Sheng aims to leave quietly after achieving her goal, but unexpected events with Mo Ze Chen and Yan Mu push her into a storm.
The seemingly peaceful campus is filled with teenage emotions and moral dilemmas, and when Xia An Sheng’s secret is uncovered, she’s doubtful of where she can hide.

Gu Ren Qi’s troubled family background has made him reserved and afraid of germs, while Shi Shuang Jiao, once from a happy family, became messy after losing her mother in a car accident because she started caring only about money.
They crossed paths when Shi joined Gu’s cleaning company, and their connection grew as they got to know each other.
Through their mutual support, they started to heal from their past traumas.
I know that this sounds a little heavy, but trust me when I say it’s the most funny and sweet romantic comedy Chinese drama you’ll watch in a hot minute.

Chen Qing Qing, a wealthy heiress, escapes an arranged marriage on her wedding day and enrols in her parents’ college incognito to uncover the truth behind their deaths.
She disguises herself to fit in with classmates, including her schoolmate, famous singer Si Tu Feng.
Despite initial conflicts, a potential romantic connection blossoms as they set out to solve the mystery of her parents’ demise and find genuine love.
7. Love 020
Xiao Nai, a popular and talented student known for his gaming, sports, academics, and leading a game company, falls in love with Bei Wei Wei, a computer science major.
To win her heart, Xiao Nai needs to excel both in real life and in the virtual world.
The question is, can their love progress like characters in a game, or will it remain stagnant?
This is practically one of the best romantic comedy Chinese dramas released in the past few years and trust me when I say you’ll love it!
8. Skate Into Love
Li Yu Bing and Tang Xue were childhood friends who both loved ice sports.
After reuniting in college, Li Yu Bing, now a hockey star, initially wants to take revenge on Tang Xue, but as they spend time together, they rediscover their shared passions and positive qualities.
Their journey is filled with misunderstandings, first loves, and new rivals and all these put their dedication to their sports careers and future to the test.
9. You Are My Hero
Recently graduated doctor Mi Ka met Special Forces Captain Xing Ke Lei during a jewel heist at a store.
He helped diffuse the situation, but she didn’t see his face due to his uniform.
Years later, they reunite during a collaboration between the police and the hospital.
Their relationship grows as they face military and medical challenges together, and if you want angst, romance, and lots and lots of loving, this rom-com Cdrama is a perfect pick.
10. My Love, Enlighten Me
Nuan Nuan, a hopeful pop star, reinvents herself after her girl group disbands on debut night.
She then meets Han Che, a successful but aloof sound engineer with an excellent memory.
A memory lapse threatens their relationship. Nuan Nuan pursues a fashion career, and they grow closer despite their many differences.
11. My Amazing Boyfriend
Centuries-old mutant Xue Ling Qiao is awakened by actress Tian Jing Zhi after a car accident.
He then moves into her house, and while he initially annoys her with his powers, their relationship warms over time.
In the first season, they fall in love but he leaves to protect her, and in the sequel, he returns when she’s pregnant, and they are joined by mutant Yun Zhen.
The S Organization wants to exploit her pregnancy, and a mysterious mutant murder case adds intrigue to the story.
12. Moonlight
Chu Li, a finance graduate, landed her dream job at Yuan Yue Publishing House.
Yet, she faces challenges due to industry shifts. She clashes with author Zhou Chuan, who isn’t as gentle as he seems.
Surprisingly, they realize they’re online friends, known as Monkey.
You guys, watch this drama if you want a lighthearted romance that will absolutely sweep you off your feet.
13. Meteor Garden
Shan Cai, a financially struggling 18-year-old, unexpectedly gains admission to an exclusive high school for the wealthy elite.
Her clashes with Dao Ming Si, a spoiled and arrogant bully, lead to relentless pranks.
But, Hua Ze Lei consistently supports her, and over time, the four wealthy boys recognize Shan Cai’s unyielding spirit and their relationship turns into friendship and romance.
This story is adapted from the manga Hana Yori Dango by Kamio Yoko, and of all the many adaptations, this is easily one of my favorite.
